Quality Management System in Jaworzno III Power Plant Vocational School Complex.
In order to meet the expectations of our Clients (students and their parents) and timing at the highest educational service provision, the implementation of the Quality Management System based on the international norm ISO 9001:2000 was commenced in the school in 2002. Objective of such undertaking was to fulfill the obligations we made in the school Quality Policy and to document that quality requirements concerning the educational service are met during all stages of the schooling. From the moment the client is received till the service is provided. It was also of vital importance to enhance the school work quality in all its aspects as well as the improvement of school organization and management. In addition, the implemented Quality System was to increase clients’ satisfaction level thus to boost the prestige and competitiveness of the institution. This objective was met as the school was perceived the best institution of its type in the city. As a result, system certifying audit was carried by BVQI on September 12, 2003. The school was certified for: Didactic and Educational Activities in Schools’ Continuous work on system improvement resulted in the following awards:
- Silesian Quality Award – 10th edition in 2008,
- Quality International 2010 – category: highest quality management.
