Power Plant II
In line with the integrated permit in force, the permissible equivalent sound A level for the areas located within the zone of Power Plant II acoustic impact for the multi-family housing and multi-apartment residential area amount to:
- at daytime 55 dB;
- at night time 45 dB,
And for the housing estate related to permanent or temporary stay of children and youths the limit is – 50 dB.
Measurements of noise permeating from the power plant to the environment, carried out in 2008 did not state exceedance of the permissible equivalent sound A level in the environment both during day time and night time.
Power Plant III
In line with the integrated permit in force, the permissible equivalent sound A level for the areas located within the zone of Power Plant III acoustic impact for the multi-family housing and multi-apartment residential area amount to:
- at daytime 55 dB;
- at night time 45 dB,
Measurements of noise permeating from the power plant to the environment, carried out in 2009 did not state exceedance of the permissible equivalent sound A level in the environment both during day time and night time.
